Hi Peeps...Im about to give the SMA.UK charity a donation of £500..Possibly £100 to the Midland air museum and then keep a float of whats left...Im unsure of this total at the moment as there are some outstanding shirts to be paid for and some to be ordered...Also i need to speak with EC as they were saying that some meals were not paid for on the rooms...They said this last year and in actual fact i personally paid for four twice..I was refunded after the confusion was cleared up.

However i can give the charity the said money now..What do you think please.

Cheers

I think it would be good to give the £500 now rather than waiting. If there is a further available lump when the dust settles then a view can be taken. I'm sure they would be pleased with the donation ASAP so they can make good use of it.

Cheers

Hi Mark... cracking job as always .... can I suggest that a brief I&E piece is shared for transparency so everyone can see what an excellent job was done by all

Hi Chris...I will do once the post ordered shirts are paid for...However there are some wordings on the statement of transactions that don't make sense...Apparently there was a glitch in the banks system, They couldn't give me any correspondence to clarify this and advised me not to pay money in or out until the 14th July when it should be fixed...It hasn't been!....Its very annoying as all the recent transactions are confusing although the totals tally up...It just looks a mess compared to last year...There is nothing they can do to correct it either...I find this unbelievable ...

Don't worry Zig - it's better to wait for the bank statements to come in before committing the final amount.

Better to be right, than quick.

Hi Peeps...Just to let you all know that i have just transferred £500 over to SMA.UK which will go on to help unfortunate children suffering from spinal muscular atrophy ...I will post up the letter of thanks when i receive it.

We now have the balance of £436.73 + A couple of outstanding payments for shirts for next years BBWF.

Thank you to all of you.

Outstanding effort for the charity as always Zig and a healthy float to set up an equally excellent event next year.

Nice one! clap
