Bodyshop recommendations? (Cardiff area)

Hi, I need recommendations for a place I can get some bodywork done on my BMW 325. I need a bit of rust along the lip of the boot treated/cut-out, a small/medium size dent filled-in and a front-bumper sprayed black.
I'm looking to get the car ready for sale so don't want to be paying much but it has to be decent enough not to put the punters off. Any one know a good place?

Theres a place I've used just off Broadway which sprayed my hardtop and did an excellent job but I cant remember the name of the place.

Theres a place in Caerphilly called J K Motors that i simply cant reccomment enough! I just had my 325i Sport stripped back and every scrap of rust removed and a full respray done. She looks stunning and i'd reccommend them to anyone!

Davey, for now I'm borrowing my Mum's BMW Compact until I work out what to do. I can't buy anything exotic until I get a house with a driveway/garage. I am really pi$$ed off that it has come to this as I've been waiting to get a fast car for 3 years and will probably have to wait the same again.
