Relex Smile (laser eye surgery)

Does anyone have any experience with the relex smile procedure? There appears to be only two places in the UK that have the technology (Harley Street and an NHS hospital which does private work).
Never fancied LASIK due to dry eye risk but Relex seems to eliminate/reduce completely, no flap either which is nice.
