polls on PH

Is there a programme that can be used on your own website to have a questionnaire?
with the 'on a scale of 1-5' layout
I dont mind sending out emails asking people to just add a tick to my post and returning it, but it just makes it look a bit 'amateur'

You can create polls on the forums, just your rights weren't enabled. Have done that now, you just need to start a new thread and it should give you the option to start a poll
