Heater not working 997.2

Hello team, I am completely ignorant mechanically, so was wondering if someone could point me in the direction of why my A/C wont blow hot air? cold works fine, but I can put it all the way to maximum, full blast but nothing. Any help appreciated. Cheers.

You probably need to ask the car, or get a dealer to look at it.

Mine went funny on a Euro trip once and that turned out to be the cabin temp sensor.

Presumably your water temp gauge gets up to 80C okay whilst driving?
Have you checked the level on your expansion tank under the engine cover (right hand side)? Have you got a good level of water in the system?
If all okay then I'd expect the valve to the heat exchanger is stuck closed...
