Attended on the first day today. Very impressed, entry was only 21 AUD (10 GBP) with a large selection of boats in the harbour and a big hall with lots of smaller boats and assorted boating bits.

Blue side panels seem to be out, odd shaped windows in at Sunseeker


Sounded awesome when started up




Almost as tall as it is long






Pedalable trimaran with sail and foldinable outriggers, pretty neat.


Impressive/terrifying combination


One thing I was surprised at were (with a few exceptions) the people on the stands, a few gems were "there is no wealth here today, just a bunch of locals", and "Get someone else to take it" when asked to take someone's picture with a boat (on an empty stand). Surely it has cost tens/hundreds of thousands of dollars for some vendors and the "face" of the product acts like a slapped backside.

I was there too but found most people very polite (except for a marine engineer on the FP stand).

Brought the green Malibu vlx, new fish finder and a week break at the barrier reef on a 40ft cat in December...
