I've left my Chim parked up in a cold damp garage for nearly 2 months while enjoying the warmer climate of OZ.
Dreading my P&J would not fire up on my return to this grey and dull much loved island, but no worries(sorry)it lives.Burst into life almost before the key was turned.What a welcome sound it was too

One small prob-- cock-up with the new log book and its out of tax since the end of December

So I can't take the beast out for a well needed blat.

Don't know who feels worse me or you know who.

May do a midnight runner,good to be back well almost.

Has the Chim been on an "Accumate" battery conditioner while away or did she fire up un-aided after 2 months?

No fancy aids--though I did have David Batty fit one of those jump lead things before I left just incase.

Not needed --just turned the key and bang.

Get yerself over there Ian-- I love the place and will be going back asap.

Driving in the populated areas is no fun --got myself a $135 fine in Q'land+ 3points for not stopping at a stop sign. Middle of nowhere line of sight miles each each way.BIB well hidden and from Dorset.

Jet lag taking its toll---- I'm back to bed
