I have a cheap Remington RS7892 as my shaver and the foil has developed a hole meaning I can't shave comfortably (the blade comes through and nicks the skin).

www.shaver.co.uk list the spares, but for foil and a new set of blades (they are the originals at over a year old) weigh in at £22+p&p which is mighty steep IMO. Similiary I've never used them before...

Anyone know of anywhere cheaper or a source for reasonable but cheap razors?

I had a look in boots for my remington and the foil was £13. In the end I decided a bit of insolating tape over that bit (it was right at the edge) would do!

it's right at the edge on mine as well

insulating tape saves the day! fixed my mobile as well it did. Nice black stuff mind, non of this multi-coloured or red tape would do!

My (Braun Synchro) foils last around 6-9 months on average - the blimmin things cost £11.50! I resort to insulating tape for a day or two until I can get a replacement.
