Changing from fwd to rwd

I am currently re-building a Vauxhal 16v (red top) engine, and am seriously considering installing it into a kit car, such as a Caterham. I am not too sure on which gearbox, axles, engine mounts etc. will match. If anyone has tried this before, or think they might know I will be very grateful.
