What's happened to the HSV Ro website? Just keeps coming up with error message.
Also as much as I love my 05 CV8 Ro in pearlescent white cant help noticing prices for XK 06 onwards are reaching my price bracket, about the only thing which could temp me away, now had my Ro for 7 years. Do love the rarity factor of my Ro and if I changed would I live to regret it? Any one have experience of XK....opinions please!

Not experienced the ownership of an XK, but we've had Jags in the household for the last five or so years, with various engines, 3.0 V6, 4.2 V8 and latterly, the excellent 5.0 V8.
Great cars, very special to drive, well built and reliable (the petrol versions!). And they have very reasonable running costs, fuel aside.
Keep the Monaro and get an XK as the daily driver?

My brother had a 2010, XKR,for about a year..sadly he lost his job and the car had to go back to the Jaguar dealer.
The interesting thing about this sorry tail is that he got a really good price for the car and Jaguar were keen on taking it back. So they must be in demand.
The car itself was fantastic, and I would have one today! (well it would have to be fitted with it a decent cat back exhaust)
I can't really think of many downsides to ownership, other than finding somewhere to get cheaper parts and servicing.
No rip off main dealers for me,thank you!
Regards John

A jag is quick but I would expect it to lack character , so stay with what you have , look how many sell up and then want to get another Monaro or vxr8 or ute after they realise what they are missing , site wise i think it's a shame it's only one page for this site , you search for past posts and as you say with some it shows an error message , i expect a lot of lost information due to that
