Cayenne tailgate operation/ memory

Hi guys
Currently own a 2013 Cayenne

When opening the boot with the key the boot sticks are various heights

I have tried to re set this by things I've seen online but for some reason they don't seem to "save"

Any ideas or advice would be great...... As this would prevent a trip to my local Porsche dealer
