Arrived on holiday to find a tepanyaki hot plate is built into an outdoor kitchen by the pool (complete with BBQ and pizza oven!!)

However, I'm struggling for ideas on how to use it. My kids aren't massive Chinese style food fans either, but I'd like to try it seeing as it's here. Anyone got any ideas or pointers?

Teppanyaki is Japanese, not Chinese. Google will come up with lots of recipe suggestions. smile
