Hello gentlemen,
I've been driving the car now for a few days.
when ever I pull back into the garage I pop the front bonnet to put the charger on and check a few things and I notice that the clutch master keeps over flowing onto the floor just below the clutch master.
I top it off to MAX line and sure enough it does it again.

is the fluid boiling?
I wrapped all the clutch Hyd lines with gold reflective foil to avoid this. Is there a possible cause that I am not seeing?

Think it more likely you have some air in there. But would also have expected you to feel that.

Hi Steve,
Pedal is hard as a rock.
Lost pressure once on a spirited drive, stepped on pedal and nothing happened, I let car cool down and pedal came back.

That is most unlikely unless the fluid is highly contaminated with water. The fluid is very hygroscopic so may be the problem if the fluid is old. Brake/clutch fluid can tolerate very high temperatures (think how hot brakes get with "spirited" driving!) From where, exactly, is the fluid leaking?

Fluid is new AP race fluid (new unopened bottle prior to install), car has about 110 miles on it. Appears to be backing out of cap on master. Lines are not leaking, yes I have bled them after first time this happened and each time since.

Any thoughts greatly appreciated

Knackered master cylinder seals? Seeping by under pressure and pushing it back out? Only thing I can think of..... It's not being leaked onto by the brake fluid reservoir?

"Spirited driving" + master cylinder topped up to MAX + breather hole in the top of master cylinder cap = Fluid sloshing about and coming out of the breather hole.

Just swapped out clutch master for one with a remote reservoir. Took it for a nice long ride and no fluid coming out.
Thanks to the collective again.
