Saw one on the M40 the other day and wondered if it was a contributor here?

Looked awesome but even funnier was he refused to be coaxed into a race with a 997Turbo.

Ummm, generally speaking most people abide by the running in period, non.

Fortunately for the 'turbine' driver it would have been a forgone conclusion anyway.....the GT4 would have won.....particularly in the corners.... ..biggrin:

Obviously a soon to be GT4 owner, incredibly wrong on both counts but congrats on the fantastic purchase, its certainly top of my 'wish list'!

A simple acceleration and quick rev would do far less damage than sitting at a constant 80mph for miles on a motorway. I have always run my cars and bikes in the same way.

This GT4 did a constant 80 for 30 miles or more which is far more harmful during running in.

"Spotted" my first GT4 yesterday, when dropping off my old Cayman at OPC Edinburgh for a check-up.

Cant even really see the colour; could have been red (cage fitted, I think)?
