Late night food in Arundel or Chichester

I am picking up a friend from Arundel station tomorrow (8 Aug) and it won't be till about 9pm but we want to go out for dinner afterwards. Problem is that most of the nice places in Arundel like the Town House seem to finish at 9 (although the Bay Tree have last orders 9.30 so might try that) any ideas of other options? Im not talking curry / chinese etc. Here are the links to the two above to give you an idea of what I'm looking for

I'm afraid not.

Arundel / Chichester are sleepy little provincial towns. Brighton or Hove would be a better bet.

I live in Chichester and there are some great places to eat around here but not sure about at that time

That was my thought but unfortunately brighton is quite a drive!!!!

The hour of the day is exactly the problem. Chichester, Arundel, and around are full of old people who go to bed early.

Open until 22:30 but not sure if they take orders that late, not eaten there since before It burnt down but heard good things.

Goodwood bar and Grill and the Richmond Arms appear to serve food after 9. Any views?
