Vitesse Seat Dimensions

Could someone advise me on the dimensions of the front seats fitted to a Mk2 Vitesse?

I need height from car floor to the surface of the seat cushion you sit on, width at widest point, overall depth and overall height.

Also am I correct in remembering that the seat as a whole tilts forward as against the base staying in position for the back to fold forward to meet it?

I have a Mk1 1.6 Vitesse saloon I can check in the next 24 hours or so. Any good, or do you know the two models' seating is different?

I have emailed the seller to ask the dimensions but he has not replied. I need a pair of seats for a different car and these caught my eye as the ribs look very similar to the rear I'm trying to match.
