My younger brother is 21 in December, i'd like to buy him a track day somewhere and hire a car, something like a Caterham/Westfield ideally. Is he too young for this?
It'll likely be a day out for the three of us including our dad so all three would like to drive and passenger, not necessarily in December, but something we could look forward to in the Spring. Any recommendations?

I have booked a Caterham c400 with Boss racing and brands hatch indy circuit with MSVT, for wednesday 19th august, its not cheap but sounds fun. I am sharing with a pal to offset the cost a little, there is some on board lap video footage on the website.

Contact Book-a-track - they are based at Donington, and while they can do a TD almost anywhere, Donington is a great circuit and close to home for you, and has plenty of run off.

By the way, if you scroll to the bottom of the page, you can see they do a 3 hour evening session for a lot less money. That would be my pick..... and do it at Donington and in summer/autumn, as track days in crap weather are not a lot of fun.

As someone else said, Boss Racing are a good call for car hire. I've hired the C400's which are proper race machines but I know they have more 'user friendly' Caterhams for hire too.
