How do I set the clock, 2007 V8 Vantage

I've recently bought a lovely V8 Vantage, a 2007 car and I'm slowly getting to know the functions and how everything works. Most is nice and straightforward, however I can't set the time on the Sat-nav.

The dash clock is right, but the sat-nav time is 1 hour out and whist the sat nab settings will allow me to change between 12 and 24 hour clock, I won't let me correct the actual time.

Any tips?
