Saving stream appear to be offering a fully backed, completely risk free 12% pa, based on a peer to peer lending scheme
You know the old maxim - what seems to good to be true, is.
But I can't see the catch.
Thinking of chucking a few hundred quid at it and seeing where it goes to.
Any comments or experience?

I've tried to dip a toe lately. All I can say is "good luck".
There's a massive imbalance between supply and demand. Three new loans - £1.3m in total - have gone live this afternoon. They sold out in minutes flat. Whenever anything in existing loans comes available, it goes in seconds - even if it's very very short term. There's nearly £9.5m of loans either already overdue for being paid back or due within the next month or so. It's going to get worse...
They're not the only P2P investment site out there, and whilst they might look like the most attractive, they're not the most practical.
