Tinned strawberries (I know some will go but it's a regress-to-childhood thing) and proper vanilla ice-cream - the stuff with the vanilla seeds in

Pancake has to be hot though - not one that's been sat around...

Followed by Waitrose Maple Syrup No.2 and a fresh banana chopped into it

Rounded off by a good old-fashioned lemon-&-sugar moment

Hmmm...just read that again...maybe that's why the guys at work call me 'the mobile eclipse'...
