fitbit (charge HR) - resting heart rate.
Discussion
I have just got a fitbit charge HR (having lost my garmin vivofit)
I'm a bit curious how the heart rate thing works - specifically the 'resting' bit. Yesterday, I went for a cycle. I had my garmin heart rate chest strap on with my Edge 800. The fitbit was definitely recording my cycling heart rate in the 150's - but later when I synced to my phone, and looked at the 'resting heart rate' graph on the app (and on their website) - it was all my double-digit resting heart rate, and the 2 hours of cyling I did seemed to be nowhere
given it seemed to know my elevated heart rate, does anyone know why I can't see it on the graph? - does it average it all out or something odd like that?
