I've just been messed around by the sales department at Pangbourne. Who is the go to guy at Sevenoaks?

Alan if he's still there, but note I never bought either of the cars we talked about.

Have you tried rupesh at lambo London, or James.

Alan was very good but is now at London. James has now taken over sales as well as service at Sevenoaks.

Thanks PJ. Odd that Craig hasn't emailed me to say that though seeing as I'm the potential customer.

It was a personal text as he can't post on here via his phone or something.

After some effort Pangbourne redeemed themselves managing to deliver on their promise in the end.

Shame it took posting this thread to get that outcome.

I'm currently waiting on a service advisor (not Lambo Pangbourne, not even Lambo) to get back to me a week after my previous correspondence. Just goes to show that quality of service doesn't necessarily scale with expenditure.

My advice is plan a test drive in advance, don't demand a time for a test drive and then go off in the huff when they can't switch their day around to suit your needs and then slag them off on this forum and compound matters when you don't tell the whole story. Did you buy the Huracan in the end ??

For the record: I've been dealing with Pangbourne since very shortly after they opened and they've been superb. I couldn't wish for better service. You reap what you sow.....

+1

Was very dubious about the OP's initial comment. I couldn't imagine them messing anyone around. Craig has always been straight talking with me. He's most likely my next supplier when I get another.
