Roof hinges, please help.

These are the roof hinge/pivot point to the side of the car behind the seats.
Issue I'm having is that when these were removed to replace the roof we've found the bolts are seised in the collars.
I have new bolts but I can't find the collars. If I continue to force them to get them out, I'll break them.

Does anyone know if these are available anywhere ?

I don't now if they are availble, maybe try someone like D&C trim who must regularly have to remove the hoops.

Looking at the photos there seems to be a circlip around the outside if you remove that does it help to remove them?

They are also used on the T5 gearbox linkage and available look up Racetech or TVR power

You could try soaking them for a few days to free them off, I seem to remember reading an article in practical classics about this but can't remember which product came out top. Cillit bang was one of them!
