If you want the best quality and fit then OEM Aston Martin Carbon parts are probably the best.
On my car I have retro fitted mostly OEM Aston carbon parts, but I have had to get some non OEM carbon parts since Aston never made them for my model.
The non OEM parts are the mirror caps and rear light inserts neither of which I am totally 100% with the fit, but you have to remember these are much cheaper than OEM.

Vorland is good quality stuff, comes over as a good guy. Prices good enough to not go to China.
Appelby also does some stuff, worth negotiating with on price.
