Ongoing problems with classified ad page.

It has been going on for months and I think it has been reported before:

On the front page of the classified adverts there is a drop down box for make of car. The first time the page loads the box is usually missing. If it is there, the drop-down doesn't work.

Sometimes refreshing the page will produce the box but it still won't drop down. Sometimes it will.

Usually refreshing the page again will produce a functioning drop-down box.

I appreciate, of course, that this falls firmly into the category of first world problems. However a solution would be appreciated please.

I am on W7 Professional SP1 and IE11 right now - and it does it on this machine.

I have various other machines around the house with varying versions of Windows, up to 8.1 (IE11 again) and they have the same problem.

I have a Windows phone 8.1 and classifieds don't work on that whatsoever. All the drop-downs appear but are greyed out and don't work.
