oh dear, and look at how many pages the colours thread ran to, sad to say but it looks like the GT4 is a hairdressers car

How about we help Lotus sales and all sell the GT4's to rich London peeps for £20k overs which gets us into the over priced Evora 400 at an ok price ;-)

It is a faster car with more feel and the brakes are always amazing with the AP set up :-) plus proper steering, dampers and diff.

must be a better drivers car no ? is that what we were all after ? + a real 400bhp, not a tuned down 991 engine so the 991 GTS is still faster than the Cayman brand !

+ some how they have managed a 225 co2 so no £800 show room tax and only 280 a year after.
:-)

The Evora hideous and has a Toyota V6 ( vomit ); otherwise, a great car from the sounds of it.

Noise schmoise smile I would not be able to reconcile the ticket price with the provenance and the mundane nature of the engine. "Another turbo V6?! Wow!"

I am a big fan of the Evora. Looks like a mini Maclaren and drives beautifully. Apart from the awful gear shift.

I actually prefer the NA version, but the supercharged one is great too.

I would buy one.

Probably one of the few topics left to discuss.

GT4 modifications thread will come in about 3 years!

I was hoping the modifications thread would be more like three months! :-)

mm less piss taking than I 1st thought, but I am serious , the 400 reviews seem great, lots of things fixed and with a £20k overs GT4 it make a Evora 400 buy a nice one at £60k not £80k (with options)

I was being very serious, not new but to trade the GT4 off and get some real feeling back :-)

There is a another thread topic that could be discussed... Who plans to colour co-ordinate their clothing with their deviated stitching, seat belts, brake callipers and body colour? :-) I mean, Chris Harris had matching sun glasses to his GT4 in Portugal so I blame him for inspiring me to write this! :-)
