Bodybuilding.com?

What happened to your renovation thread? One of the best things on PH.

thanks guys, dont want bodybuilding stuff really as i know that inside out, just come out of a 4 year stint where only maintaining was possible.

nolw looking to keep my base and see how far i can push fitness & stamina and inject some interesting activities, have some fun with things again smile midlife physical crisis maybe biggrin

Mike, davey - Our Build is going well thanks, the story continued over on our blog at wordpress which links to FB (see profile) a big part of why i'm looking at the above is because we've reached a point where we can back off a bit now and get the balance of our personal lives back a bit, essentialy what it was meant to give in the future and thats now biggrin

two gites fully finished & Half way through our barn now but a completely finished half if that makes sense silly so enjoying that half whilst taking our time on the other half.

tbh FB bores me & my family dont seem to frequent it like i thought htey might so thinking bout opening up the thread again on here and continuing, it was harder posting pics etc but i have more time now so might enjoy it again

may see some of you over on the other forums then smile.....

I think this forum is pretty good, it has a decent cross-section of types.
