Reliable HCEO or debt collector

Can anyone recommend a reliable HCEO or debt collector, preferably around the Cambridgeshire area?

I employed one of the firms from one of those we'll-take-it-away TV shows (haven't seen the shows; I found this out afterwards) but they were worse than useless.

So now I've got a High Court writ and no one to serve it on the people who owe me £5k...

Chap on here has been very helpful to me in the past, his username is something like Bayleaf (bailiff, geddit?), I haven't seen him around for a while but equally I haven't been looking for him.

A few years ago I enlisted the help of a PH debt collector, now sadly vanished. However the company that did the actual nasty end I *think* was http://www.hcegroup.co.uk/

If my memory on that is correct, they were brilliant, shrugged off all the screams, lies and protests and towed the debtor's car away while the police looked on. Just like on the telly
