That's the one, i'd tried to get one from Oz before but they seemed reluctant to post due to explosive device inside and customs etc..

Most (all?) of that chap's stuff seemed to go for strong money. I was tempted by the shiny Pedders strut brace, but it went for nearly new pricing.

I was half interested in the engine cover but decided against it.

I guess it makes sense to spend money on the badge you see all the time you are driving. For the same reason I always tear off those bd adverts queasyjet put at eye-level on the back of the seat in front of you...fk reading that 200 times over the next couple of hours...furious

I am the worlds worst buying things like that for my car or bike, at the end of the day when he decides to sell the car he can put the standard cover back on and probably get his money back selling it, that way he has had the enjoyment of owning it for nothing smile

Guys I think you will be shocked at how much these things cost new from HSV yikes
While in NZ in March I visited the only HSV dealership in Hamilton...
I asked just for the badge but no sir it comes complete... OK how much for the Airbag please ??
She looks it up and none in the country sir but Australia only has 5.......total price delivered $1800 yikes

Luckily I Went on 'TradeMe' site and picked up an airbag off a VZ GTO only one available in NZ for $150 it just happened to be 15mins away .... Damn lucky... BUT shipping was the issue classed as explosive, can't go on a plane and they wanted £600 shipping to UK.... could have put it in a vehicle that was going to be imported As spares but not many vehicles coming UK way from NZ... frown

I thought I was going to have to sell it on again but suddenly it appeared in the mail from NZ wink
don't know how that happened hehe

So Actually that airbag was Cheap in my eyes... Got yourself a deal there mate thumbup
