Malbec Punta Pays - Mendoza

Hi all, I was wondering if anyone could help with the above wine? I was on holiday recently in New York, and fell in love with it over dinner. I've had a bit of a trawl on Google and can only see it on sale in the US. Can anyone help with a possible supplier in the U.K.??

Unfortunately a web search suggests that this particular label is only available in the USA. So unless you can find someone in the US who can ship you a case there's not much chance of you getting it.
However, if you look at this webpage for a New York importer http://www.tedwardwines.com/Punta-Pays-P4379.aspx the third paragraph begins "The winery is under the banner of Don Cristobal 1492..." and a quick search on the 'Don Cristobal 1492' name gives you this wine http://www.tanners-wines.co.uk/don-cristobal-1492-... which is available in this country. I think that's about as close as you'll get.
As your search may also have found there's loads of Argentinian Malbec from the Mendoza region available in shops over here should you wanted to have a tasting session to find a similar one.

It's not often that I seek a wine upon returning from a trip, but I really enjoyed this one!
