Removing Centre Plastic between Seats Fiesta St Mk7

Does anyone know how to remove the centre plastic between the seats on a mk7.5 fiesta st?

I've now lost two sets of keys down the hole behind the handbrake.

Why the hell they haven't blocked that up I have no idea.

Loosen the 2 screws at the rear of the armrest so you can lift it up a bit, you then should be able to use something to get your keys out.

Oh, but beware of going in too deep as this is what exists down there.....
