Well, i've always disliked my yellow roll cage.

So i thought i should do something about it.

Question is...what bits are missi g? The wheel arch bit doesnt sit flush with the window. I know the cage will be getting in the way a bit, but it is a good bit away from the side wall. Should there be shelving there?
The floor area, is that just carpeted?
Last of all, silver or yellow?

Hi mate...Definitely silver and I'm not sure about the rear of the FHC interior wise but some carpet would look 100 times better than what it does now...I think if it were me then i would suit it to my needs...Its your space and you can do with it what you will....But maybe a "Mini-Rusty-Bar"...Or MRB for short might be a good idea...Always good in an emergency...biggrin

Mine just has carpet on the floor and on the wheel arches. There is a lift out secton over the spare wheel well, that's got carpet on it too. Maybe DB800 or someone with a series 2 like yours could take some photos for you. I'll take some of mine tomorrow for you.

Cheers Roy that would be great. Could you take pics about the same as mine? And one where the trim meets the window.
Or you could have a wee trip to mussy if you like? Did you get yours going? Last time i met you i'm sure it was of the road, but that was about two years ago!
Mark, an MRB! I like that idea. The cage would be good for the optics!

Hopefully these will give you something to aim for. Maybe some of the racers would have this stuff sitting about?

My car's not running still, but I've started work on it again. You can drop by if you want a look at the boot.

Hi Roy, i've tried to send you a couple of emails but P/H seems to reject them. Is your email up to date?
I'd gladly come down for a look at yours, are you free next weekend?
Whats the matter with yours, would you like a hand?
Cheers
Marcus

Remember mine has a series one shell, so it's a bit shorter in the tail. I think we are about next weekend so it shouldn't be a problem to come and compair. My email address is OK, maybe they'll come through later. I'll try to pm you.

Cheers for the offer of help, the car doesn't need much it's just mostly financial problems keeping off the road, but it will be OK as the bairn is nearly big enough to send up the chimnies!
