Happy with my new toy

I have just installed my new stereo, and I am well happy with it.

I went looking for a new stereo because the multi-changer in the boot was about to givce up the ghost. so off to the ICE shop, but they wanted over £250. Then I went to Halfords, not that I wanted them to fit it but they do have a good selection of stereos. I found one I like $149. Great I thought.

When I got home I thought I check on the internet to make sure that it was the latest one and did all I wanted it to do. Sure enough it was, but I found it on the net for £97 delivered.

It came yeaserday, fitted in 5 min. Now I can have new stereo that my MP3 Player will play through!

Which one was it mate? I'm after a cheap stereo that I can pipe my Ipod through without bothering with the ITrips and all that malarkey...

It was the Kenwood KDC-W4527G (bought it from pixmania.com £88+pp) and also bought the AUX cable from Ebay tenner I think (it was a home made job but it works). and if you already have a Kenwood the old cables might just fit like mine did. hence a 5 min fit.

You should have taken a look at DEnsions products, they have a HD based mp3 system that fits in a DIN hole

I plan on getting one once I have my Chim
