Which over the counter topical corticosteroid?

I was prescribed by my GP last year a 30g tube of Elocon cream (0.1% Mometasone Furoate) to treat redness and itchiness associated with dermatitis.

The medication was fantastic, immediately providing relief to the various flares I experienced over the past year.

I do not want to return to the GP for another tube.

For those doctors, pharmacists or other health care professionals reading: what corticosteroid can I purchase over the counter that will have equivalent potency/ efficacy?
