Please say hello to Big Ronsmile

Sold my E89 Z4 a few months back and changed to this, and he has actually been pretty good so far!

2.4 petrol Executive - so has all the toys and everything works. Heated front leccy seats and whatnot.

My old man kindly tidied up some of the smaller stone chips etc, but considering the size of the thing it was in good nick.

Decided to do a service, change all fluids (including gearbox oil) and thus far it is running well.

Obligatory pics:

Came with full Honda service history and a years MOT (and I was later to find out a duff battery! Just as well I took out Greenflag, 1 jump start and a new battery later.....) I also had to replace the front tyres, went for Uniroyal Rainsport 3's.

Had just over 100k on the clock when I picked it up.

Managed to reverse out my garage and smack the passenger side wing mirror...not too much damage and bodged it back together again and sealed it with clear silicon.

Let me know what you thinksmile

Cheers

Morry

Looks clean, I think they use the old prelude engine, how thirsty out of interest?

Probably averaging about 27mpg at the moment - 30 tops.

Yes and I think you would be in a minority to think overwise, this section is for all not like others where they talk about spec and depreciation all day.

Nice car op any gadgets.

You fking delve.

Part of the appeal of "Readers' Cars" is that in one thread there's a Ferrari, and in the next thread it's a Fiesta.

You must have a good sized garage to get that in! It looks very smart Morry, and a properly big estate.

I went in a similar direction last September, getting a 55 plate Legacy, in silver, with about 110k miles and a good history. I've become much more sedate and easy going since getting it.

Is the pet name short for Rhonda The Honda?

Good luck with it.

Delve? Is that the latest underage term of abuse?

Frankly, if anyone has time to read about someone else buying a Honda estate car, they need to get a life.

There are plenty of interesting vehicles on Reader's Cars at all values but this isn't one of them

I had one just like this but 2.0. 25ish mpg. Battery was duff. A very handsome beast, I rather liked it. Liked revving the tits off it. Watch how you put those CDs in.

Well, you not only read about it, but are following it and posting on it, so what does that say about you.

What an unpleasant person. Pistonheads isn't your personal entertainment, you know - it's here for all of us, and if someone wants to make a thread about their car, then they have every right to do so - even if it's not something expensive or exciting.

To resort to insults and accusations of people being 'underage' the moment you're called on your attitude is just pathetic, especially from someone who's been here as long as you have.

@OP, please ignore this guy - he doesn't speak for the majority.
