E60 M5 horns.

Recently bought a 2005 M5 and one of the horns is not working.
It looks like these have already been changed twice - last time in 2013.

I ordered a pair from ECP, but whilst they are the right horns, they just have spade connectors.
Has anyone fitted similar and changed the connectors to spades?

I feel for the previous owner paying £100+ on top of the parts for fitting - only took me 10 minutes to remove/replace the headlamp to get the old one out
