Not bad stats I'd suggest a lot more died in a car crash over the same period.
I still don't get what your angle is, this is the 3rd cycling thread you've posted that I've seen and I can't work out if your a disgruntled cyclist, annoyed road user or a rambler.
What are the stats suppose to do, make me realise I should drive everywhere or encourage me that in the grand scheme of things there are very few cyclist fatalities?
