Just got a very good quote through a broker from ERS. Some searching elsewhere turns up a rather consistent view which has me scouring other sources for info, PH included. Found some mentions using the search but nothing verbose.
Being that people rarely write about how happy they are with service, does anyone have any non-forum-rule-breaching experiences they'd like to share in public? or perhaps otherwise through the medium of PM.
