100k miles - should I start to plan for big bills?

So my Cayenne (958, 3.0 V6 diesel) is about to hit the magic 100k. It continues to get serviced by my local OPC and is still under warranty. Will likely extend this in December too. Should I start to plan for big consumable items or is this milestone a little psychological and I shouldn't get too worried?

depends what has been done on the services as they pick up on worn items and fit them at the time of the service !
