How can you find out where you were at a given date?

Example: I need to know my exact movements on a particular date last year.

I've tried the obvious such as e-mails sent/received and diary etc, but there is nothing helpful there.

Any ideas???

Big Brother is watching you but they are hardly likely to own up to it. We live in an age where every single phone call is listened to by the state (electronically) and where we have more video surveilance cameras per person than any other nation.

Right, my credit/debit cards are inconclusive (no transactions ).

How do I find out what I posted on PH on a particular date without trawling through every single post?

Bank statements, text messages, calls recieved/made on your mobile or a good old fashioned witness to your movements. Where might you have been and who might have been there? The BiB would know the standard lines of enquiry.

I'll come clean, its nothing to do with the law but something personal.

Its quite important but I have no trace absolutely anywhere. I think I disappeared into thin air this particular day.

Have you tried looking at a newspaper for that date, or checking what was on telly? might jog your memory.

In a round about way, yeah.

I'm being accused of not being somewhere, when I'm sure I was.

Because there's a sheet of paper which should say I wasn't there if I wasn't, but doesn't.
