So I have recently switched my gkn dif 3.31 ratio to one of the btr difs from central. The sensor is reading off the orginal front mounted toothed cog but is reading 15% higher than my sat nav. It was always 7% faster on the gkn but this has clearly been exaggerated with the new btr ratios. Anyone know how I can get this recalibrated and what is involved?

Speedo out and send to Speedy Cables who will re-calibrate or repair.

I have a different speedo which made by speedy cables which runs using sensors on the prop shaft, which is easy to calibrate yourself knowing things like diff ratios etc.

If things get to complicated in getting old speedo recalibrated I have a TVR logod speedo spare that runs like the above...... give us shout if need be.

On changing the diff from GKN to BTR what did this involve as I don't believe it is a straight swap ?
