Getting older soon , so as an anniversary present I think a mod is in order

Looking at ARB's so the 2 options are whiteline or pedders.

Any recommendations?? good or bad points ??

Whats anyone else running ??

Is this for a Monaro or VXR8?

I'll be interested to hear the outcome as I'm looking to fit a rear ARB.

Whatever you do to one end of the car will affect the other, and it could be in a bad way. There is a relationship between the stiffness of the ARB and the spring and shock rates on that axle. There is also an important relationship between the front and rear ends and altering the roll stiffness can affect oversteer/understeer.

What is the rationale for the mod? What do you want to achieve? Doing the front bushes will help it turn in better, if that's what you want?

(Before doing something like this, I'd recommend having a word with someone who knows about car setups. If he doesn't know what a roll centre is, ignore him)

It just seems to roll a bit in corners but I want ride comfort and don't want it any lower
I had h&r arb on my last motor and it was a good compromise although they were adjustable
So I could fine tune it somewhat too

On Monkfish recommendation, they only fitted a front uprated ARB (Pedders) to our old VXR8. It did stop a lot of the roll, and seemed to give the front tyres a bit of additional bite when turning in - but that could have just been a placebo effect..

Just some information for you if you have not seen it yet. Tested on an 06 GTO so get a good idea of the difference in numbers.

Eibach if available

The Pedders rear anti roll bars I have seen have 10mm holes in & the links have 8 mm , good that !!!
