Battlefield - an "average" game...

Am I the only one who rarely if ever has an "average" game?

I am always either getting kills left right and centre, random grenade throws result in a kill, and I usually see and kill the enemy first. Or at least nail 2 or 3 of them before the next guy gets me. So I am 1st or 2nd in the team scores.

OR

I can't hit a thing, I aim at people running or even standing still, and I don't get a hit let alone a kill. I throw a grenade and it either bounces back and kills me or hits nothing. I am in the bottom three in the team....

Is it just me? My rounds are either great or s**te?!?!

Hacks exist and Punkbuster only kicks people off if their Punkbuster is out of date. (Yes, as useful as a chocolate teapot.)

Does this "hacking" occur on PS or just PC?

On a PS4 too? That would explain how sometimes the say guy nails me 5-10 times and on every kill cam they have 100% health still.

The same happened in Space Marine multiplayer. There used to be games where I was killed about 8'times with zero kills to my name

At the end you'd always see the same players with multiple kills but no deaths. Shooting them seemed to result in bullets passing through them without damage, they moved quicker etc. a shame really as it ruins the game

You also get the people who can run faster than I can drive a tank at them and the ones who can kneel and whizz around whilst kneeling (that really annoys me).

I usually come out with a positive K/D most of the time, 20+ kills with less than 10 deaths.

But when I have a bad game, it is a BAD game. usually 15+ deaths to 5 or so kills. Hardcore is much, much better but I've only ever joined a PH'er in a hardcore server once, seems most of the people I have on it use softcore.

Yeah, the PS4 lot were soft core, but you can see why, in hardcore the lag and hacks are amplified as you are instantly dead as opposed to almost dead....

I haven't played BF4 for a while now, mainly due to Destiny but also as I had done everything I wanted to, had all the guns etc, nothing more to achieve, even got that poxy bow that was terrible

Unfortunately online games will always suffer due to lag and cheaters, why they cheat is beyond me, but there will always be someone. I think that anyone with a bad connection should be kicked from the server, if you exceed a set ping then you are kicked with an email offer from BT for Fibre

I don't know why people cheat. I don't see a victory if you are not simply "better".

But plenty appear to want to cheat at least judging by some of the games I have played!

Yeah. Cretinous, really, and ruins the game. EA need to do more. Or whoever.

I cant even get an average game.
Only just got into bf4 on PC, I go just spawn die spawn die.

I get angry after about 15 minutes and just turn it off.

Usual affair when you're late to the party for all Battlefield games. Stay with it and just aim to pick off people - you'll soon rank up.

As above, you need to keep at it. Soon enough you'll have a couple of good weapons and the kills will mount up. Try to jump in a tank someone else is driving etc and gun down a few guys.

Yeah, or jump in as a gunner in a heli.
