Wing Mirror

Tonight, I was driving along fairly quickly, as you do, when the glass in my near side wing mirror decides to come off. After flapping around for a couple of seconds (scratching my unmarked paintwork) it decided to release itself as it preferred life on the A38 instead of my car.

Anyway, any ideas where I can get a replacement glass panel from?

Hi Fez,

IIRC they are from an old Citroen something like a ZX or something like that. So Halfrauds might even stock them...

If it's just the glass and not the holder, you should be able to get one from Halfrauds. Citroen CX25.

If it is only the glass and you still got problems, come back and I'll see what I can do.

I make wing mirrors (glass only) for a living!

When was the last time anyone actually saw a "wing mirror"? I remember drilling holes in my Dad's Vauxhall Cresta's wings and fitting the latest swept back wing mirrors (yesterday's version of neons probably!) but that's a few years back. Strange that we all talk about wing mirrors when they are most definitely planted on the doors!
