I've tried Google and a number of wine shops without success.
I should have remembered the exquisite taste of PHers and put it here first.
Going to a significant birthday party of a lifelong friend and need a suitable bottle of Port.
Anywhere in or around the City would be great.
Where do you get yours?
Cheers

Try www.masterofmalt.com too. They sell some fantastic whiskies and gins. They have a good range of cognac and antique spirits too, some of which are very interesting.

Berry's will have largest range in stock.

There's also Uncorked at Bishopsgate near Liverpool st. station:

And Bedales at Spitalfields mkt - also super close to Liverpool st. station:

Not sure if those 2 would have a large Port range in. But I'd guess they'd have some.

Uncorked would have been a good choice.

Jim, the owner, once told an amusing story about a young brickie coming in and asking for a bottle of port. Jim asked whether he wanted something for drinking now. The brickie responded, "No, I'm going to take it home. It's a gift for my Dad".

Not the City (but then nor is BBR) but there's also Hedonism at the top of Berkeley Square. Good selection of everything in there.
