Best roads to drive in Spain

We're off to Spain next month, taking the Boxster on the the ferry to Santander. We've then got 2 weeks to tour around before going home Can people recommend roads/routes to drive? Looking for some nice twisties with views and the like

The valley around Riotuerto are nice. Some great twisty roads, narrow, with spectacular views as well.

Stop at the village at the bottom for a Cocido Montañese lunch - epic!

Stay in Paradores (https://www.paradoresofspain.com), keep off the motorways & you will find amazing quiet roads everywhere.

Guadalupe Paradore is a peach, esp if you approach on the EX 102 - heaven !!
