Dashboard rubber type paint

Seems many cars these days come with a rubber like paint on the dash for a variety of colours. Can you buy this stuff or apply something to match ? My Dad's X type Jag has bits missing on on the dash on an otherwise mint car. I've used a plsti dip type paint to paint some interior bits on my BMW E46 , but it's all flat black so no colour match problems, finding the correct colour ( a kind tan or sand colour ) doesn't seem to be catered for though. Any ideas ? Thanks
