throttle assembly

Hi everyone,

There is a spring at the bottom of my TVR's throttle assembly which is broken (see photo below). Any idea where I could buy one?

Why not fit a shortened throttle cable and remove the linkage?

When mine went I got a replacement from here. I can't remember which torsion spring I bought - it was definetely stainless steel and 360 degree type and I got the spec. pretty close to the broken spring. I also selected the longest straight legs possible and then bent them to fit.

have to agree with the above though, ideal time to do away with it.
