Sky Plus

We had Sky installed today, and all is working well except for viewing ITV, Channel 4, and Five. Tried channels 103, 104, and 105, but it says Channel Unavailable for all of them. Any ideas?

They moved after christmas I think. Try retuning?

Then engineer probably should have checked before he left.

I would try pulling the power on the box, wait 5 seconds, and power it up again. You might have to wait a couple of minutes for anything to happen (so don't go playing with it to get it to hurry up in the meantime).

Same thing happened to me a while back, phoned sky and was told to leave it unplugged for about 5 minutes then turn it all back on at the mains switch.

He checked it worked, doubt he checked all the channels though. Thanks for your help.
