As Mr. Harry Hill would say, "On Meteorite, which is better, red or clear? Fight."

Some say red, and some say clear, so Marmite is the answer. smile

What are your thoughts about changing to clear lights on a black roadster?

Depends, does it have red calipers?

Don't think I'd ever do it. I purchased extra grills for the side strakes and hood vents and am going to paint them to match my calipers.

Although hesitant to give an opinion, I do like clear lights on a black or very dark coloured car, because there is then a strong colour contrast.

However, you should do what you like the best.

I disagree with everyone who says red light look better with this color. I think clear looks best all the way!!

My only regret is why I didn't do this 2 years ago when I got the car! I also think the vantage s wheels are the best looking wheels on the vantage hands down!

I always thought I preferred the red rear lights, the clear ones looking a bit Lexus. However I think that looks great. Mines Meterorite too so you've really got me thinking. However my interior is that dark cherry red colour so when the roof is down the red of the humps on the back sort of matches the rear lights (I'm colour blind so could be talking complete s**t smile )

Beautiful car, very shiny.

Now on to more important matters.

Your rear plate indicates Beverley Hills, very posh.
However, I have noticed a mattress dumped on the other side of the road.
Was your photo taken in Beverley Hills? If so, perhaps my impression of the place is wrong. - smile

Couldn't disagree more mate so we will have to agree to disagree .... I like mine red as it also goes with my calipers

Im not keen on clear rear lights on any car ...... like has been said too Lexus'y and aftermarket looking for me even if they are genuine lights ... however on that light blue car they do look nice
